breakfast: 1 mini whole wheat bagel w/ PB
Lunch: I cup of white chicken chili w/ 1 tbs each sour cream and cheese , 1 small piece cornbread( a 2in sq) 1 can diet coke 1 bottle water
snack: 1 small apple
Dinner : homemade chicken salad ( ok this is NOT healthy ..chicken and mayo..had almods in it too) a small toasted roll/raw carrots /water
mental breakdown at about 4 pm that caused me to get into that blasted pan of brownies from yesterday. ;)
are you counting calories/carbs/points or are you just watching what you eat? Looks good so far!
yk Kim..I am not really trying to count anything..just trying to cut WAY back on carbs and sugar and up my water. I guess I would say I am more trying to get healthy and lost a little bit too..

Lunch : 1 cup broccoli soup ( homemade :) w/ 2 small rolls
snack: 1 very large brownie
dinner: brown rice with green beans too much homemade french bread
I have been really bad today..but tomorrow will be better

Breakfast : scrambled eggs( not sure how many, hubby made them) / two pieces bacon/ toast w blackberry jam and butter
snack : 4 oreos ( OK I ate the oreos before breakfast :)
lunch: didn't have any ..breakfast was kinda late
Dinner: had date night..so the hubs and I split fajitas..I ate the grilled squah, zucchini, onions peppers,,shrimp..one flour tortillas..a little bit of sour cream..
rice, re fried beans( about 2 tbs of each)
chips..( fresh hot tortilla chips )
a little queso
this is for yesterday
breakfast..a diet coke
lunch : chicken , raw mixed veggies/dip
dinner: chicken breast/salad ( with some cheese) /dressing/
snack: another salad and a protein shake ( 1 cup blue bell van. ice cream, 2% milk, pb ( not sure how much ..didn't care), 2 scoops veggie protein powder

Ok..so have had a major headache today..been So sick..had to go to bed and my oldest made dinner ( hubby had to work then got straight to school) this is what I got
Dinner Tuna( made with mayo, relish, s&p)..some lays chips( he didn't give me bread..he has heard me talking I guess LOL)
then I had a generous handful of blueberries
then I ate a HUGE spoon of PB..I bet there was 1/4 cup on that spoon. My diet has blown today. There hasn't been near enough food..no veggies..( cause really chips don'tcount ) and i feel just too bad to care tonight
umm I just got my little grubby hands on some saltines..and it's all over but the cryin girls..lol
back on this train wreck tomorrow..
