running up and down your stairs in the house...

some times when it is nasty outside, like today, this is what i do for some good exercise.....i start at the top,,,, down and up, is one, then down and up is 2, then down and up is 3.......try it,, let me know when you are tired, i told this to my brother, and he was huffing at 3, he is a smoker tho, it was funny to watch him do it, he was bragging saying oh i can do 50, oh yeah, i said, lets see!,,,,, funny

i might try that...or do it different..go up 1 then down 1 then up 2 and then down 2 and then up 3 and down 3..and so on til you get to the last step at the top amd then down and do that a few times..=)
