Your not suppose to MIX veggies, but some people consider tomato a fruit, so if you do this recipe would be 1 protein, 1 veggie, 1 fruit, and 1 toast if you crucnch a melboa toast over hte top

Cabbage Chili

100 grams lean ground beef or chicken breast
100 grams cabbage
100 grams ripe tomato
2 Cups water
*1 tsp ground cumin
*1 tsp chili powder
*1 tsp ground thyme
*1 tsp oregano
*2 cloves garlic
*salt and pepper

Cook meat, and minced garlic, add 2 cups water and spices. When water is very hot, add cabbage. Cook until cabbage is tender, then add tomato. The longer you cook the tomato, the softer it will become. The more garlic iscooked the more it loses it's taste.

for us veg heads it is allowed as long as it is fat free.  Fortunately, Meijer in Michigan makes a good one.

My husband and I love this recipe!  You can make it as hot as you like-just add more hot sauce!

Buffalo chicken and cabbage stir fry

100 grams chicken cut in small pieces

100 grams finely shredded cabbage

1 clove minced garlic

1/2 teaspoon of minced onion

celery salt to taste

Louisianna hot sauce to taste

pepper to taste

coconut oil

Heat large pan to medium.  Cook chicken in coconut oil until cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.  Add shredded cabbage, hot sauce and spices to pan and increase heat to medium-high.  Cook until tender.  If desired, cook until slightly charred.

Hi ALL, I just have been looking everywhere for the right foods to eat while on HCG I went to buy some more drops and the person I buy them from had a display of items. I already knew about some of them BUT she had some salad dressing! It is made by Walden Farms there have several flavors I bought a ranch/bacon and a spicy bbq sauce. ALL of them have 0 calories, carbs, sugars ect. They are not bad. I love the bbq sauce! Well just wanted to give you a tip. I looked everywhere and the only place that I found them was Fredmyer but not in the salad dressing. Ask someone at the store they will direct you. Have a great day.
