I made this and it was soo good!

i put chicken breasts in a crock pot with 100% fat free chicken broth. Let them cook all day long. By the time I got them out they were falling apart. I shredded it and ate it with salsa. You could also eat over spinach.

Hi. I did this diet last year, but now, I am prego with our 3rd, so I am using it all natural! :D But, I did not see this recipe!!!!!

Meatballs with spag sauce

  1. 100 g meat
  2. 1 tomato
  3. 2 melba toast snacks or 1 melba toast
  4. bit of onion
  5. bit of garlic
  6. oregano
  7. thyme
  8. onion powder
  9. garlic podwer
  10. rosemary
  11. parsely
  12. stevia
  13. any other italian seasoning
  14. tomato paste

chop your tomato, onion and garlic and combine with tomato paste and water as well as any seasonings (organo, basil, thyme, etc) and simmer for about 30 min.

crumble melba toast and combine with all those seasonings and mix with the meat. roll the meat into the balls. cover with spag sauce and bake for about 20 min at about 400*. This is my husband's favorite diet meal.
