First Day of vcld today. Doing something different that my hubby suggested and I am gona give it a whirl. He says I place to much stalk in what the scale or tape says. Therefore I am not going to be weighing myself daily. I am gona work my butt off making sure I follow the diet and i get my excercising in. And just go with it either way i will see results. But I wont be mainly focused on the scale and what it tells me every morning. With all this said I will be weighing my self lol once a week, day to be determined later. And we shall see how this goes.
