Starting weight 169 lbs. I was at the library and they have a scale, blood pressure, pulse ox, and BMI all in 1 machine.

My BP was 118/76

My goal weight is 140 but I am wanting to loose 80 lbs by the end of the year

Sorry its side ways but starting weight is 251.2
Goal is to be 210 in 90days
My blood pressure yesterday was 120/70
Today I plan on doing some cardio by doing boxing on my wii

I'm excited for all of you! I don't have a scale but I am trying to loose somee weight after baby. I have been using "my fitness pal" on my smartphone & its awesome to keep track of mmy calories & workouts for the day. Its very easy & free if any of you wanna try that to help.

current weight 213. Goal for 90 days is to be down 30 lb to 183. What I'm working on this week is not drinking more than 1 regular pop a day (I'm a popaholic) and not eating mindlessly throughout the day.
