Hi! I am hosting another weight loss challenge. If you are ready for a challenge, please post here. Here are the rules...

1. This challenge will start 1/10 and end 3/1.

2. I will post a challenge each day that you will have to complete. EDIT: make a post labeled with "your name and weight loss challenge". Each day, post what you did and your weight for the week.

3. Weigh in is once a week. The first weigh in is 1/10. If you miss two weigh ins, you will be disqualfied.

4. At the end of the challenge, whomever loses the most weight will win.

 

1/10 Challenge

1. Drink eight 8 oz glasses of water.

2. For exercise, first warmup for 8 minutes...do anything that will increase your heartrate. After warmup, do 5 burpees, 10 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, and 10 squats. Do this routine 3 times. 

1/11 Challenge

1. Eat a fruit and a veggie today.

2. For exercise, first warmup for 8 minutes...do anything that will increase your heartrate. After warmup, do 5 tricep dips, 15 basic crunches, 5 frog jumps, and 10 squats. Do this routine 3 times.

1/12 Challenge

1. For your meals, eat only half of it.

2. For exercise, first warmup for 8 minutes...do anything that will increase your heartrate. After warmup, do 5 scissor kicks(laying down), 10 jumprope, 10 arm circles, 5 Supermans. Do this routine 3 times.

1/13 Challenge

1. For today, remember to drink your water.

2. For exercise, first warmup for 8 minutes...do anything that will increase your heartrate. After warmup, do 5 pushups, 10 jumping jacks, 5 wood chops, 10 lunges(each leg). Do this routine 3 times.

1/14 Challenge

1. Do not skip any meals for the day.

2. For exercise, first warmup for 8 minutes...do anything that will increase your heartrate. After warmup, do 5 skaters(each leg), 10 basic crunches, 5 squats and twists, 5 cobras. Do this routine 3 times.

1/15 Challenge

1. For your meals, eat at the table.

2. For exercise, first warmup for 8 minutes...do anything that will increase your heartrate. After warmup, do 5 wall sits, 10 kickboxing punches, 5 mountain climbers, 10 calf raises. Do this routine 3 times.

1/16 Challenge

1. Tomorrow is weigh in day!

2. For today, drink your water and limit your salt intake. Also, today is rest day.

1/17 Challenge

1. For dinner, use a smaller plate.

2. For exercise, first warmup for 8 minutes...do anything that will increase your heartrate. After warmup, walk or jog for 30 minutes.

1/19 Challenge

1. For your meals, use herbs and spices while cooking.

2. For exercise, first warmup for 8 minutes...do anything that will increase your heartrate. After warmup, do 5 star jumps, 10 reverse crunches, 5 calf raises, and 10 tricep dips. Do this routine 3 times.

1/20 Challenge

1. For today, plan your meals for this week.

2. For exercise, first warmup for 8 minutes...do anything that will increase your heartrate. After warmup, do 30 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 7 burpees, and 10 wall sits.

1/21 Challenge

1. Have a salad or soup today.

2. For exercise, first warmup for 8 minutes...do anything that will increase your heartrate. After warmup, do 30 lunges, 10 bicycle crunches, and 20 minute walk or jog.

1/22 Challenge

1. No fast food for today.

2. For exercise, first warmup for 8 minutes...do anything that will increase your heartrate. After warmup, pick an exercise video on youtube to complete(has to be at least 30 minutes long).

1/23 Challenge

1. Tomorrow is weigh in day!

2. For today, drink your water and limit your salt intake.

3. For exercise, first warmup for 8 minutes...do anything that will increase your heartrate. After warmup, walk or jog for 30 minutes.

1/24 Challenge

1. Weigh in today!

2. Don't eat out of the bag or box.

3. For exercise, first warmup for 8 minutes...do anything that will increase your heartrate. After warmup, do 20 squats, 20 lunges, 40 basic crunches, and 50 jumping jacks.

1/26 Challenge

1. No tv today

2. For exercise, first warmup for 8 minutes...do anything that will increase your heartrate. After warmup, jog for 2 minutes, then walk for 5 minutes. Do this routine 5 times.

1/27 Challenge

1. Plan your meals for this week.

2. Today is rest day!

1/28 Challenge

1. For today, eat half of your meals.

2. For exercise, first warmup for 8 minutes...do anything that will increase your heartrate. After warmup, do a cardio activity with your children like running, kickball, baseball, etc...for 30 minutes.

1/29 Challenge

1. Eat 4-5 small meals for the day.

2. For exercise, first warmup for 8 minutes...do anything that will increase your heartrate. After warmup, go for a 30 minute walk with your family.

1/30 Challenge

1. Consume a couple superfoods today. Some superfoods are: black beans, oats, avocados, salmon, blueberries, broccoli, brown rice, bananas, oranges, white beans.

2. For exercise, first warmup for 8 minutes...do anything that will increase your heartrate. After warmup, look up a Zumba video on youtube and do it for 30 minutes.

1/31 Challenge

1. Weigh in today!

2. Drink your water and limit your salt intake.

3. For exercise, first warmup for 8 minutes...do anything that will increase your heartrate. After warmup, do a workout that you enjoy doing.

2/1 Challenge

1. Eat a fruit or veggie at every meal.

2. For exercise, first warmup for 8 minutes...do anything that will increase your heartrate. After warmup, jog for 2 minutes then walk for 5 minutes. Do this routine 5 times.

2/4 Challenge

1. Eat half of your meals for the day.

2. For exercise, first warmup for 8 minutes...do anything that will increase your heartrate. After warmup, jog for 3 minutes then walk for 5 minutes. Do this routine 5 times.

2/5 Challenge

1. Take the time this evening to relax with family and plan your meals for this week.

2/7 Challenge

1. Weigh in today!

2. Eat three small meals and two snacks for today.

3. For exercise, first warmup for 8 minutes...do anything that will increase your heartrate. After warmup, walk or jog a mile and a half.

2/10 Challenge

1. Today is rest day!

2/12 Challenge

1. Plan your meals for the week.

2. For exercise, first warmup for 8 minutes...do anything that will increase your heartrate. After warmup, do 30 crunches, 15 pushups, 30 squats, 30 jumping jacks.

2/13 Challenge

1. Drink your water and limit your salt intake.

2. For exercise, first warmup for 8 minutes...do anything that will increase your heartrate. After warmup, walk a mile, do 30 crunches and 15 pushups.

2/14 Challenge

Happy Valentine's Day!! Spend time with your loved ones today. Weigh in will be tomorrow!

2/17 Challenge

1. Today is rest day!

2. Plan your meals for the week.

2/18 Challenge

1. Drink your water and limit your salt intake.

2. For exercise, first warmup for 8 minutes...do anything that will increase your heartrate. After warmup, do an hour kickboxing video(either one you have or on youtube).

2/19 Challenge

1. Eat a fruit or veggie at every meal.

2. For exercise, first warmup for 8 minutes...do anything that will increase your heartrate. After warmup, do 40 jumping jacks, 25 crunches, 15 pushups, and 10 lunges(each leg).

Who know if I am im not worried IM just proud of my self so its no big deal to me.
