Weight: 164

Ive drank 4 bottles of Smart Water I love that stuff and am still drinking more

I ran on the treadmill fro 30 min and man it was tireing. I Did 25 push ups, 25 sit ups, 25 jumping jacks, 25 squats twice today. Need to do the burpees and then before bed I will do 25 more situps.

JANUARY 11

I ate a fruit salad for breakfast and had green bans at dinner

I ran on the treadmill for 20 min, did 50 cruches, 40 leg presses, 20 frog jumps

JANUARY 12

I ate a bagel for breakfast, no lunch and dinner i had a salad with light french dressing

I ran on the treadmill for 30 min then worked from 745 am to 415pm. So At work I did enought squats and lifts for the army lol..

JANUARY 13

Drank a ton of water

Ran on treadmill 30 minuites and then worked today and only exercise i did was treadmill and 45 sit ups and 15 push ups im to tired for anymore

Ate all 3 meals plus 2 small snacks

Did treadmill for 25 minuites, did 25 skaters, 60 basic crunches, 50 squats and twists and chased kids around.

They are good. I have been tring to loose weight and I got a treadmill so I use it to warm up and im watching Craigslist for a Eliptical Machine after taxes. But I find them pretty easy when the kids leave me alone lol
