Ive drank 4 bottles of Smart Water I love that stuff and am still drinking more

I ran on the treadmill fro 30 min and man it was tireing. I Did 25 push ups, 25 sit ups, 25 jumping jacks, 25 squats twice today. Need to do the burpees and then before bed I will do 25 more situps.

FEBUARY 18

Had a few days to heal. Weighed myself and Im down to 132.. BEtween exercise and surgery im almost to my goal.

I starte don the tradmill today for 30 min and thats all I coudl do then started hurting
