1. I drank 8, 8 oz glasses of water.
2. I have done 2 of the 3 sets so far. I will update again when I've done the third.

I ate an orange and some baby carrots

I also did the warm up and 3 reps of the exercises
I forgot to post last night when I was done.

I did the 3 sets of workouts. The kids and I did them together tonight. They thought it was great. Lol.
I skipped breakfast so couldn't half that but I did half the spaghetti at dinner time and the chicken Patty at lunch.

I drank my 8 glasses of water. I did all 3 sets of exercises with the kids again. Its a great motivator for me and them. Thank you :)

I didn't skip any meals.

I didn't do the exercises yesterday. My whole body hurt from the ones we've been doing. But I'll be back at it again today.
