Did 15 burpees, 30 jumping jacks, 15 pushups, and 30 squats
Ran around outside with the kids for 45 mins

did 15 tricep dips, 45 basic crunches, 15 frog jumps and 30 squats

i always eat at the table
did 15 wall sits, 30 kickboxing punches, 15 mountain climbers, 30 calf raises

drank water and rested some

used a smaller plate
