first weigh in ~ 210

Challenge:

Drank 4 16oz bottles of water

Did 15 burpees, 30 jumping jacks, 15 pushups, and 30 squats

Ran around outside with the kids for 45 mins

had an apple

did 15 tricep dips, 45 basic crunches, 15 frog jumps and 30 squats

 organized my fridge

did 15 pushups, 30 crunches, 15 squats, 30 lunges and walked for 30 mins

used herbs and spices on dinner

did 15 star jumps, 30 reverse crunches, 15 calf raises, 30 tricep dips, walked and ran around with the kids
