Kikyo's weightloss challenge

Start weight goal to 200 by the end of contest
I drank a 16.9oz bottle of water
I did some boxing training on my wii were I just hit a heavy bag to get my heart rate up
I did 5 burpees with out the push up my wrist is all jacked up right now so kind of hard to put weight on it like that I did 10 jumpink jacks and because or wrist I ran in place for a min and then did squats and repeated worked up a good sweat

So I did not do so good I for got my fruit but got the veggie in
did not get a chance to do all the work out stuff had to shovel snow out side so I got the warm up in and bicep dips three times but the rest only two because of snow
