I tend to hate my scale but thought this would be a great forum to keep track of your own individual weighing in and post how well everyone is doing etc. So be sure to put your name in the titles and show us how you are doing. If you have previous scale weigh ins put those down too :)
Ugh! I hate my scale right now! (Well, my Wii Fit Board weighs me). It keeps telling me that I weigh the same thing. I think that I will just post my weight in my journal in the Daily Press Forum so if anyone is curious they can just peek in over there.
Great idea Darcy, but I won't be joining in only because I don't really change much in weight. Some days I am down a couple pounds and then some I am back to where I was before.

I love my scale because I don't fluctuate too much. When my weight goes down it usually does so steadily. And I weigh myself every morning after I pee and before I eat anything. Even just seeing that I lost 1/5 of a pound the day before gives me the motivation to stick to my diet and exercise.
