Okay, been gone for awhile, but starting over.

194.8. Down 2.7 pounds. Restarted Weight Watchers last week. Official weigh in at Weight Watchers is tomorrow. I'm having a difficult time with this, for whatever reason, I think I should have like overnight results and I get discouraged. Help keep me on track!!!!!

 You have to remember that you didn't gain the weight over night and you won't lose it over night either.  Just keep in mind what you want as an end result.  I know it is hard when you don't see results right away, but you will get to where you want to be with hard work.

Yes, I know. It's just sooooo harrrd!

Anyway, "official" weight watchers weigh in was 4/21 and it was 196.6, fully clothed, so I have lost at least 3 poounds. Yay me!!!! To celebrate I went on a walk around the local lake - 2.2 miles! It felt really good.

 Awesome! Congrats on the 3 lbs! I love taking walks and taking in the sights, keep it up!

That is awesome you lost 3 pounds!!!!! Congrats on that!!!! Awesome job on taking a walk to celebrate. One thing that I know works for some people is putting up pictures of yourself the way you want to look, like pre-baby. Or if you don't have any of someone you want to look like. Or have a weekly goal in mind, like 3 lbs. Just some suggestions. Make sure you let us know how you are doing. We are here for you.

here is another suggestion, put up pictures of you now and pictures of your progress. Also instead of just weighing yourself take measurements because when you gain muscle the scale won't always tell you you have lost fat.

Weighed in yesterday at Weight Watchers - official weight 194.8. I'm below 195!!! yay!!!!

Unofficial naked weight at home this morning was 193.5 pounds. It's moving in the right direction!!!!!
