Just as a reminder to everyone, make sure you consult a doctor before starting a exercise routine.  Do this to make sure you are healthy enough to do any of the challenges issued.  Before starting any of the food challenges, make sure to check with your doctor or nutritionist to make sure any changes to your diet will be ok.  Also remember if you are lowering your calorie intake, do not lower it too low.  Make sure you are at the calorie intake you need to have to maintain the weight you want to be.

I agree with this as well. Its always important to consult your doctor before starting a new exercise routine or making a major change in your diet. If you don't know what your calorie intake should be go here to find some tools to help you get started.
