Thanks. I really want this to be over.
I did my 50 to make a total of 66 burpees for the 5th.
I did 67 burpees for the 6th.
I did 68 burpees for today.
Keep it up!
70 burpees for the 9th
71 burpees for the 10th
72 burpees for today
I am done, I can't do it anymore. This challenge it putting to much stress on my body. My right elbow hurts when I do the push up part and my left shoulder is giving me problems too. I am sad to be over halfway and am done, quitting.
I'm sorry that you had to stop, but its good that you are listening to your body. Some things you just have to work up to more slowly than that. Hugs and congrats on getting as far as you did! Thats pretty awesome in my book. :-)
