WooooHooo! Half way there!
Man I don't know if I am going to be able to finish this challenge. I tried to do the 51 I needed for yesterday and my knees hurt so bad I was able to do 3.
Well, don't push it if it hurts, listen to your body!
I was able to do a total of 11. I am keeping it small today. I want to try and finish what I need yesterday and today. But I will take what I need for yesterday.
Ok so I did 51 for yesterday, very slowly.
I did 52 for yesterday. Very slowly again.
I did 53 for today.
How are your knees doing?
