The "I hate crunches" Challenge

I have the NFL training camp game for the wii and it makes me do 'crunches with punches'. I haaaate crunches. But I know they help. So my challenge is to do 50 crunches with punches every day for a week. I'm bad at sticking with things so we will see how it goes. Can you do them? It's just a week... :)

 I would do this with you but I am trying to finish the burpee challenge.  Then I am taking a little bit of a break.

Wellll I hate working out. And I just gained a pound back. So... lol not the best but I am using it as motivation and going to work out even more.

 It is normal to go up and down, but if you don't exercise then you will continue to go up.
