My Lucky Numbers

Not sure if there is something specific we are supposed to write here.  But I am tired of the weight carousel that life has sold me an infinity ticket for.  I have been heavy all the life I can remember.  The last time I got on a scale it flipped around I had to add the numbers together.  I suppose this time not coming full circle is better than I could hope for.

In my mind: 195

For real: 250

Goal: 165 or in shape (which eva happens first)

Lowest weight maintained: 215

Good news is I have started working with a personal trainer once a month for accountability.  I'll keep you posted on how that works for me.

Well I would say getting a trainer is the best way to start.  I would also suggest measuring yourself to see your inches go away.  Plus I know sometimes you won't see the weight come off but you will see the inches come off if you measure yourself.  And yes keep us posted.

You can write whatever you want that helps you work towards your goals. I hope the personal trainer helps you. I'm here  for you too. :-)

Thanks for the words of encouragement.  Just repeated the workout routine for the first time by myself ... and started my cycle.  This may not be a good week. :oI

Well, just keep it up! Small weight gain this week doesn't count if its that time of the month. Its hard getting into a routine, but I know that you can do it!

Once you get passed your first week it becomes easier.  You can do it!!!!  When you want to give up just remember why you are doing this and keep those goals in mind.
