I have stepped on the scales since my last post, kind of scared of what i will see. I haven't felt as motivated in the last couple of days. I am going to have to push myself tomorrow and start doing something about it. I know I weigh more cause I see it in my face. UGH weight is an issue I have faught most of my life.
I know with me I have to force myself to work out at times. After I force myself I can get into a groove of working out again. Just take it one day at a time and remember there is nothing you can't do if you tell yourself you can.
make it easier on yourself and have incremental goals, so it doesnt seem like such a difficult task. I break mine down in 10 lb increments.
I like this idea. :-)
