Every little bit of exercise counts and it doesnt have to be structured or for an hour, you can break it up into 10 minute sessions, just keep moving
FIND YOUR MOTIVATION--You wanna live to see your grandkids right, so is eating that junk food really worth it?
I am 5'3.5" and 207 and I would like to drop 77 lbs by next year (ideally 50 lbs by May).
Set small goals for yourself--right now mine is 3 lbs per week.
Portion control is a huge help a lot of times. You can use sites like nutritiondata.com or myfitnesspal.com to help with calorie intake and such. When it starts to get hard with getting up and exercising or eating right just remember why you started and what your goals are.
Remember there is nothing you can't do when you tell yourself you can.
