i think it will be very useful to me. one of my sons has ADHD and is just hitting puberty and i have been noticing some issues with him. he is being referred by his pediatrician to psychotherapy. i am looking forward to trying these "positive experiments" at home.

 i love this group too. i like how everyone is all different ages and have kids all different ages. My son is only 3 so the ladies in here give great advice!
