PIOG Cafemom Influencer Program, Flinstones Gummies, pretty yummy!

I was asked to join the influencer program for the Flinstone's gummies. The deal was this: they send me a coupon for the vitamins, I use them for a week and then talk about them. Well, I've been using them and now, I will talk about them :)

They are child-proofed which isn't very common in children's vitamins and is a major plus. Obviously, you should always keep them out of reach of children, but children can be crafty and that extra layer of protection is nice :)

They don't have iron, which lessens their toxicity (again, this is more of an "extra layer of protection," but you should ALWAYS keep them out of the reach of children!), and makes them less likely to hurt a kiddo's tummy.

I like that they don't have one hundred percent of any vitamin in them, It has always seemed a waste to me since the human body won't absorb one hundred percent of the vitamin supplements one would take in anyway. Plus, it encourages healthy eating, by having less vitamin amounts; it seems there's a certain false sense of security in vitamin supplements.

Now, for one of the most important parts.....The taste! They taste pretty much like regular gummy bears, which is great if you have picky children. It does encourage the "candy" aspect of medicine though, so I am not sure if this is more a downside than an upside.

The "serving size" is listed as two gummies, so another nice thing is that you can give your kids two at once, or split them up, one in the morning, one in the evening.

Really, the only (somewhat dubious) downside is the "candy" aspect with them, in my opinion. I will probably be buying them again.

I was chosen to. I had the same opinion about the candy aspect of them. My 3 year old thought they were candy. Which made me a little nervous though they are vitamins. I think I will stick with the regular Flintstones vitamins till he is older. My 8 year old loved the gummy vitamins though.
