Teacher Appreciation Week

This week is Teaher Appreciation week at my son's elementary school.

Tomorrow's theme is write a thank you note to your teacher or a staff member. Easy, my son loves drawing and writing letters to his teachers.

Wednesday is donate a book or supplies. I want to do something fun like make a supplies Cake or something. Any other fun ideas?

What do your kid(s) do for their teachers for Appreciation week?

I have never heard of that, I don't think we do that here.

That is a pretty cool idea though, sounds like lots of fun :)

There is a theme for almost every day.  Tomorrow is the note, Wednesday is bring a book or supplies in for your teacher, Thursday is pay a $1 to wear a hat (proceeds go to a supplies fund in your kids grade), and Friday is spirit day...wear green and white (our school colors!)

That is a great idea! My sons school still allows homemade goodies, so he would be stoked to help. *high five*

1 mom liked this

How come teachers get a whole week?  Us moms only get 1 day.  Not fair!  lol

YAY! My only concern would be the crayon on top of the food. But maybe you can put the crayons on right before they are given away. Or right before he leaves for school
