Hi ladies,

As we gear up for Mother's Day, this post is all about moms! Share your most treasured memories of your mom, grandma, aunt or other mother figure. What was the best advice she ever gave you? What's your fondest memory from childhood?

happy mothers day2

In honor of Mother's Day, Hallmark  would like to share this collection of photos of real Hallmark employees and their mothers.

I love planning a girls day and taking my mom out. We do whatever she wants to. We use to involve my grandma as well, but she is no longer with us. :/

The best advice my mother had given me is to take one day at a time. Don't let things get you down and most importantly never give up. You can do anything you set out to do. My mom truly is my best friend and I really don't know what I'll do when she is no longer with us. She always gives the best advice and is great at just listening.

One Mother's day we drove up to the river where they had my MIL's ashes ceremony. Here is a picture of my DH and my DS by the banks of the river that I took on my cell phone.

My youngest son was just a baby back then (2009).

It was so beautiful and peaceful up there.

I'm thankful for a hubby that loves me, 4 healthy children, a warm
place to sleep and enough food for our meals... God bless America!

As a kid I don't recall really doing anything for mothers day. I'm sure we gave a card and probably picked flowers for her but I just can't remember doing anything huge. Sad really.

Same here, my childhood was FAR from ideal unfortunately....
