Tell us, what has your child done to make you proud lately?

My 12 year old daughter goes to summer school, they had ten minutes of free time and she pulled out a book i bought her Unstoppable Me by Dr. Wayne Dyer. She thought it was so special she showed it to the teacher, the teacher loved the message in the book so she had the kids in the class read a page and answer questions...  My little girl is sporeading the message of a positive attitude and the here and now...

My 4 yo makes me proud every time he does something to look after his younger brother. He loves him so much and I just love that!

Oh wow, my boys constantly make me proud.

My youngest struggles with some reading concepts and he is doing so well now. He still struggles but to see him try so hard all the time without giving up, makes me so proud of him.

My older son helps out so much with my youngest one. He'll dress him or put him down for a nap, or just take him outside to play. He could be doing so many other things, but wanting to help me with his little brother makes my heart fill with joy.

When we went to Walmart for early school supplies shopping, they each grabbed one of the bags Walmart has put together with supplies to donate to local schools and asked if we could donate. That made me pretty proud of them both. :)

Proud everytime I hear my 20 month old say thank you. Makes me feel like I'm doing a good job.

My dd joined the library's summer reading program. The top goal was to read and review up to 10 books. I received a call yesterday from the library saying a patron had donated a skating party for those kids who didn't stop at 10 books, and to come and pick up her ticket. I felt so proud of her!!
