Preparing for School

Hi ladies,

What are some of the things your child is excited about for the upcoming school year? What concerns have your kids shared with you as the school year begins, and what are you doing to ease these worries?

Both of mine start on Monday. My daughter will be a senior in high school and my son is going to be a sophmore. They are both excited about going back. My son was ready to go back after two days of summer vacation. They already met their teachers and they are excited. Got everything that they needed and they enjoyed shopping for this.

My 4yo... Has no clue

My little boy starts kindergarten and isn't excited in the least! The principal is making home visits this week and he told me he was going to lock himself in his bedroom and I could come get him when she left.(:-)I'm just trying to stay positive with him. Got some fun things planned for the next 2 weeks, hoping  it helps.
