Sticker Charts - Chores and Behavior

So, I was going to go back to a sticker chart for my daughter (7) for behavior & chores - but then I came across this great site via Pinterest (there is an article about "No more Stickers" "Encouraging Things to Say to Kids" & "Chores Withour Bribery":

Cool, I'm going to have to take a good read of those tomorrow. I have a 7yo too, and we've always gone back and forth with the sticker charts.

 I found that charts soon lost effectiveness.
