I workout and then take a shower...?

That's the only time I get completely to myself, other than my 45 minutes in the morning.

Husband to the left of me, kidlet to the right and there I am stuck in the middle again. *chuckle*

We usually just mold ourselves into the couch and watch TV together before bed.

read a good book, get on my computer, watch TV, or practice my karate and stretch afterwards.  It all depends.  Reading is probably my favorite though.  Stretching is a close second.  It really helps me to find my center.
