How do you encourage your kids to chase their dreams? Do you know what their dreams for the future are?

His dream right now is to become a police officer. I keep telling to keep his grades up and work hard. It helps that my sisters boyfriend is going to school for criminal justice so he talks to him alot.
to be a veterinarian , I am very supportive of her and just tell her to do the best she can , learn as much as she can, then go on to college and she can be anything she wants to be if she puts her mind to it, I will help in any way possible.

My oldest wants to try out for show choir next year and try outs are March so I have been helping her pick music and practicing with her.
My son who is 9 loves video games & drawing so I have told him that if he works hard he can grow up to make video games.
My youngest wants to be a super star .... she is 4 so I encourage her by watching the shows she puts on.
