What tips do you have for other moms who may be feeling stressed this holiday season?

Take time for yourself. A 1/2 hour soak in the tub goes a long way.
Make a list of what you have already bought and what you need.
This may sound simple or silly, but remember what the holiday is all about ;) Enjoy your time w/ your family. Plan some easy meals. Breakfasts that you can prepare the night before are great for Christmas morning. Who wants to be stuck in the kitchen while everyone is in the other room ;) I also always shop Black Friday...good deals, but it lets me have some fun holiday times w/ my Sisters (and a break from the kiddies). Also, if you are having a big meal at your house, do a pot luck. You make the main dish and have everyone else bring a side or dessert. This way "all" of the cooking isn't left to one person ;)
