Thank You Notes

Hi ladies,

Will your children be writing thank you notes or sending cards for gifts they received over the holidays?

I don't even know what to do here...! My 3 kids are all under 2 but they got fantastic and expensive gifts from out of town family. I did say thank you and chatted about how much the kids will love it and other true praises. Do I write the thank you cards? Only to out of town family or what?

My daughter Shafira ( 8yold) like writing anything. She always write a thank you note to me and her dad. But I'm worry because she prefer writing to express her feelings to talk frankly, is that ok ? or she is too shy

I had never thouht about it however that seems like a great thing to do. He always says thank you to who ever got him a present however I never thought about Thank You Notes. What a great idea?

Yes. We do them for gifts that are sent in the mail or they receive and the person is not present to thank face to face.

I wrote thank yous for out of town gifts for my son when he was this age and then had him 'write' his name on the card. It was scribbles, but cute.

Hmmm I never thought about having DD do this.  I think this is a great idea.
