How healthy is your family? Do you eat a balanced diet, exercise regularly, etc?
I think it is important that we set a good example for our kids.

We're pretty healthy.
We all follow a vegan diet. I exercise 6-7 days a week, Dh works out at least 3 days a week and we do things to keep the boys active as well.

I workout 6 days a week. Ds, dh and dsd join in a lot, especially in the summer when he go on 5 mile walks. We live in the woods on a mountain and the scenery never gets boring.

Have you always been vegan? If not, how hard was it for you to become?

I went vegetarian in October 2008 and full vegan in January 2011.
It really wasn't that hard for me to do. As a vegetarian/vegan I feel like I am doing great things for my body. The only thing that might be considered hard is lack of support or understanding from family. That and not having food options most of the time that we go out.

We're pretty healthy but I would say there is room for improvement
