When I plan the meals I use it all the time.
I fix a rice and pork chops in there. It's amazing. And I am able to fix enough to eat left overs for about 4 days :) which is awesome because I'm a big left overs person lol

I use it maybe once a month. I would use it more but my husband "thinks" he doesn't like crockpot cooked food.

Oh yeah we love crockpot cooking here. Fav. would have to be BBQ'd anything, LOL or Italian roast.

Crokpot Salsa Chicken

Chicken 1 pound chicken breast (b/s) 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 cup salsa 1 pkg. taco seasoning 1 cup sour cream Mix soup, salsa and taco seasoning in bottom of crockpot. Sink chicken in the mix. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours. Remove chicken, shred and return to crockpot. Add sour cream and mix well. Heat until everything is warmed.
