Kids want sugar and salt and crunch. You want them to eat better. Here, 10 formulas.

Crunch-Crunch-Crunch Mix

1/2 cup dried cherries, 2 cups whole-grain Rice Chex, 1/2 cup roasted unsalted pistachios, 3 cups Kashi Go Lean Crunch Cereal

1/2 cup mix = 119 calories, 3.3g fiber
