Do you ever have kid "dates" with your child(ren)? If so, what are some things you guys have done? Are you due for another date soon?

Every now and then I take my older son to the movies or something like that. But I would take them both to the Children's museum quite often. I guess that doesn't count as a date. but we are due for another date.
Yeah. I try to rotate, but the "who" depends what has been going on. ( once or twice a month) Usually its just an little outing; movie, lunch, quick breakfast out before school or a drivethru milkshake after dinner.
But sometimes its something big. My ds is 13, our other two are 3 and 1, so ds and I have trouble finding time to reconnect. He is such a good sport about being a big bro I decided to plan an awesome trip for the two of us. A week in DC during spring break!
