When you are having a rough day... or even just any day.... how do you stay a positive mom? Do you read books, blogs, talk to friends, pray, say a mantra, eat chocolate....?

It's all about my little girl including her daily educational lessons, preparing for homeschooling, teaching Nancy about God, photos, monthly developmental updates, etc. Thanks for asking.

This is a site for moms with kids, so we all have at least one thing to be thankful for! It all depends on how you look at things.

Quoting brittany208:

very true. and when we are honest with ourselves, we have a LOT to be thankful for!

Quoting SweetLuci:

If I'm feeling low, I think of the things that I have to be grateful for. Good health, a loving family, when you think of the big things, everything else seems inconsequential.

Reading helps me (blogs, articles and/or books). I just started yoga and meditation, which helps to stay positive.

I usually pray. When I can get a few minutes alone, I will sneak off and read...and exercise helps me feel better.
