How do you deal with all the new stuff? Does it stay under the tree for a while? Do you put it away right away? How do you make room?

Everything is put away, for the most part.  I'm figuring out where to put my new frying pan, until we get a hanging rack.

It's put away, and the kids take out what they want to play with and put it away again when they want to play with something else.

Ours stays under the tree for a while. The girls didn't get much this year, so it'll be easy to put it away when we take our tree down.

Everything gts put away after dinner on Christmas Eve.  Then another mess Christmas morning with stockings :).  If it gets too messy, we set the timer and clean for ten minutes, then get lazy again :). Love love Christmas break!  Husband gets two weeks off and every minute is delicious :)
