Ok so ...lets talk de-stressors, here are some of mine:
exercising (yes this helps me to get mentally inline w/ myself and engagaed in something other than parenting but that will help my healthy mindset = healthier parenting :D ) esp. Yoga.......
Going to youtube and listening to nature sounds of all types (useful when sleeping as well)
talking to friends via phone (although have to watch convo as venting can sometimes Stir me right bk up all over again lol...)
Going to my favorite sites, Spark People and CafeMom!!!! :D
