What are some things your kids have said or done that have caught you really off guard?

Years ago DS cut hair off ourthe cat to make potions like something he saw in a Harry Potter movie.

When DS was maybe 3 or 4 he was standing behind me and exclaimed, "Wow, Mom! Your bum is almost as big as Dad's!"

Gee, thanks, kid! LOL

He has also tried "making potions," and that was before we even started reading Harry Potter!

Oh my!  My now 6yo 'decorated' our kitchen, our WHITE kitchen with a sharpie.  Years ago.  We are slowly renovating so we have kept his artwork.

That what I got for not waking up before him!
