1 1/3 c. warm water (110 degrees)
1 1/2 tsp. olive oil (I've used vegetable oil)
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
4 cups bread or all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 oz.or 2 1/4 tsp. active dry yeast
Place water, olive oil, brown sugar, 2 c. flour, then salt, remaining flour and yeast in the bread pan. Use the dough setting, let it complete the cycle. This dough is a bit heavy, so the machine will work hard.
Remove from pan and form into one long oblong loaf. Place on greased cookie sheet and slash across the top lightly 3 times with a sharp knife. Let rise until almost doubled. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, until lightly browned.

I have all of them also
