Incredible Soft Dinner Rolls

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in bread machine in the order according to manufacturers directions.
  2. Select dough cycle.
  3. When cycle is complete, remove dough from pan.
  4. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes on lightly floured surface.
  5. Grease a large cookie sheet.
  6. Divide dough into four parts, then cut each part into 5 pieces.
  7. Shape each piece into a ball and place 2" apart on cookie sheet.
  8. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes or until double in size.
  9. Heat oven to 375° and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Remove from oven and brush tops with melted butter.
  11. Serve warm or cool on wire rack.
  12. Notes: Do not use delay cycle on your bread machine.
  13. For rolls with soft sides, place rolls close together on cookie sheet and let rise.

I made this today, but I did a loaf instead of rolls. WOW, it was soft, fluffy, and light. I took pics I will have to upload them later. Oh I replaced the butter in the dough with olive oil.

It was very tall, to the tip top of my breadmaker.

Very soft. I am going to have to make this recipe again but as rolls. This is a perfect sandwich bread too.

I have my bread machine and I have everything except eggs.Maybe I will get a chance to make rolls soon lol.
