I swear Cafe is trying to keep me out of my own grou. this is the only site that completely freezes up my computer. Dear Cafe-some of us are not on mobile or choose to be-those of us with desktop connection can't get on here lately without a fight.

Hey Rhonda

I'm adding a post for a friend who is in a desperate search for a gluten free pizza dough recipe.

Might you or someone have one that I can pass on?

Thank you for your help!!!!

I would think any of the gluten-free recipes in this forum would work.

I make a gluten-free pizza crust by hand, using almond flour, olive oil, eggs, herbs, and Parmesan cheese.  It's not a "bread" texture, though.  More like a biscuit texture (crusty).   Let me know if she's interested.

Well I posted the question in 2010 and that person has disappeared from Cafe for the most part-so I probably won't be passing on the info-atleast to that person.

Thanks Rhonda :)

I noticed the date and I'm so sorry I didn't respond sooner.
