Sunrise Bread
Ingredients
for one 2-lb loaf:
3/4 cup water
2 1/4 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon dry milk
2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/3 cup pecans -- chopped
1 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
Directions:
Layer in order listed in your bread maker.
Set on normal cycle.

Sure! Just reduce the amount of water by the amount of liquid milk you use...in this case, use 1 Tbsp. milk and reduce the water by 1 Tbsp. Easiest way to do this is to add the milk to the measuring cup before adding the water.

This bread was really yummy. We sliced it and toasted it and put some butter on it. Yummy!
