Spinach Bread
Ingredients:

1 cup water
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 cup chopped spinach -- thawed, squeezed
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Place all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the
machine's manufacturer. Select white bread cycle.
This recipe yields a 2 pound loaf.
