DH and I purchased a BlendTec blender a month or so ago, and I've been having a blast grinding my own flour. (There's a YouTube video showing how one gal grinds flour with her BlendTec, if you're interested).
I bought a few large bags of grain (triticale and spelt) from local feed stores, and I have an order in to another store for kamut, rye, soft white wheat, and millet. I'm really interested in trying out some more "exotic" grains...
Do any of you gals mill your own flour?
I'd like to purchase an inexpensive hand-mill, too, so if anyone can make a recommendation, I'd really appreciate it!
