I know it's already Wednesday, a little late but....

Our recipe of the week. Give it a try if you would like to. Then come back to this post and let us know what you thought of the recipe. Was it easy? Did the family like it? Would you make it again?

Oh my, that sure sounds good!

There are many times that I wish I wasn't senstive to gluten!

Rhonda- can you convert this so that you could have  it?

Not a yeast bread.  Yeast works with gluten to rise.

I have found a few grain-free bread recipes but they're more like quick breads.  I won't use the gluten-free mixes because they're made up of several non-desirable things that I refuse to eat.
