- 1 cup milk, lukewarm
- 2 3/4 cups bread flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons softened butter
- 3 teaspoons instant or bread machine yeast
Put all ingredients in your bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Set on the quick or rapid cycle, light crust.
