I've got a question

And I'm going to ask it even though I'm sure I'm going to sound like a dummy:

I've been going through my cookbooks and I have tons of recipes for breads that use yeast.  I'm wondering, Can I take these basic recipes that call for kneading etc and let my bread machine do it if I set on the dough setting?  Then all I'd have to do is let it rise one more time and bake right?

Thanks for any input...sorry if I sound like such an ametuer ;)

that's EXACTLY what you can do!  Hey, you wouldn't learn if you didn't ask, and that's why we're here!
