BOOBS!

I'm nursing and so my boobs are much larger than I'm used to- WHAT can I do to keep these things in place? When running they hurt if I don't hold them down, and jumping is out of the question. I'm wearing 2 bras when I work out now, a regular under a sports bra, but since I only have 2 regular bras that fit this is not working well for me. Suggestions? Good bra-brands?

I use a regular and a sports and a workout tank to tie mine down! Not sure what brands are great but my tanks are from walmart and jcpenney.

Duct tape..no...just joking!  God don't do that..that would hurt. I have no clue. my boobs are b's..they don't bounce. they are like post-its..they just stick there.  Good luck!

I do the same i wear a regular bra then a sports bra and then a tight tank top it keeps them right in place with little movement. my sports bras i got from target they are the champion brand they were just ones that were on sale nothing special about em

a sports bra like this one should keep them in place, i was going to get one but decided not worth the money. so i'm just using one i already had. oh and before you workout make sure you nurse or pump on both sides it helps - i forgot to one day and oh i had to stop it hurt so badly.

I have this bra! It definitely puts the girls on lock down! Worth the money for the big chested girl. However if you want it to lie smooth under your shirt this one won't, not unless it is a baggy one.

This one seems to get good ratings too, but a bit more smooth looking. IDK. A sports bra that does what it is suppose to is going to be pricey. Such is the curse of big boobs.

Ace bandage wrap..Put on a sports bra, and then the wrap, and then get a tight fitted sports bra tank :)

Check out Moving Comfort.  I have 3 and LOVE them.  I'm nursing as well and these actually work well for nursing too!  They have velcro straps and hold my DD's down quite well.  I found one for around $40 in a running store then came across it here for half the price:  http://www.sierratradingpost.com/p/,2086H_Moving-Comfort-Helena-I-Sports-Bra-For-Women.html  That one is $35 so still not bad for a good bra.  Watch for their closeouts.

i wear a regular bra and tight fitted sports bra type thing, it's not really a sports bra but similar.

it keeps em somewhat under control, but i think i'm gonna try the tight tank over it too

I use a compression sports bra..it squeezes them closer to your body and it helps alot! I got mine from Target.
